Shipping – handling & ordering information
The castle workshop toils by day and night creating individually unique – handmade puppets. We make every attempt to ship your items in a timely manner. Inventory of our most requested puppets are on hand to ship within two days of ordering. Our more unique characters are created as the orders arrive. We will email you with estimated time of shipment. If you have an approaching rehearsal or show date please let us know to assure your puppets arrive on time.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
ORDERING ONLINE: Our online shopping cart is a secure site through Pay-pal ®
BY PHONE: Call our castle quarters 724-443-0932 * 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday. If the servants are busy cleaning the moat please leave your name and telephone number and we shall return your call.
MAIL-IN ORDERS: Simply fill out the on-line order form – when you are all finished shopping click on the checkout button. If you choose “payment by check or M/O” it will guide you through so that you can print out your order form and send it with your check.
We ship via US Postal Service using priority mail 2-3 days for zones 0-3.
For zones 4-9 your order will be shipped using Standard Post 5-10 days.
If you need to rush your order please choose Expedited Shipping at checkout and your will be contacted with a rate. You will not be charged shipping at the time of checkout but will be charged separately after the rate is calculated.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and International please provide us with and e-mail so that we can inform you of exact shipping charges.
For international orders: Place your order first for PRODUCTS from the on-line catalog and make sure to include your email address – when your order is ready to ship we will contact you with the EXACT shipping charge. Your order will then be sent via USPS.
