FESTIVAL FEES

$38	Early Individual Registration (before October 3, 2003)
$46	Regular Individual Registration (after October 3, 2003)
$30 Each	Early Group Registration – 4 or more registrations together (Before October 3, 2003) Must register together to get the group rate
$38 Each	Regular Group Registration – 4 or more registrations together (After October 3, 2003) Must register together to get the group rate

	Festival Fees Include: Admission to any of 23 Great Workshops Friday or Saturday Continental Breakfast on Friday and Saturday Lunch on Saturday Shopping at the Vendor’s Big Top Area Individual Opportunity for Talking to the “Pros” “Hands-On” Experience and Training Learn the “tricks” behind the tricks And MUCH, MUCH more!!

Friday Workshops are more intensive and do require additional fees. See the Friday Schedule Page for each fee and description of workshop.

IT’S EASY TO REGISTER!
1. Download the registration form, mail it along with your check made payable to “Festival of the Arts in Ministry” to P.O. Box 82, Allison Park, PA 15101. or 2. FAX completed form to 724-776-4830 to register with a credit card, or 3. Call Prince Puppets/Jill Harrington at 724-443-0932 or Susan Meeneghan at 412-364-1840 to register with a credit card. Please PRINT your name on the registration form EXACTLY as it is to appear on your nametag. Please use one form per person. for group registrations, copy the form and fill out one form per person. Mail all the forms together to get the group rate. Information and receipt will be sent to group leader only. To pay by credit card, you must call or mail the credit card information as this website is not secure. Refund Policy: If we receive your written cancellation by October 10, your payment will be refunded less a $10 enrollment fee. After October 10 you may send a substitute in your place, but no refund can be made.
